OLX Nigeria Revamps Mobile Site In Response To User Feedback

OLX, Nigeria's largest free online classifieds, has launched a new user interface for its mobile site.  The new HTML4 version with its new design was previously available only in India and Germany but in response to feedback from its local users it was launched in Nigeria on the 8th of July 2013.
In his statement to the press, OLX Nigeria country manager, Ayodeji Oyinlola  stated that “Our aim at OLX is to provide a simple solution to the complications involved in selling, buying, trading, discussing, organising, and meeting people in person to close business deals,  whichever city you may reside in Nigeria. With the huge increase in mobile internet by Nigerians it had become necessary to make strategic decisions that would sustain OLXs’ place and the top classifieds site in Nigeria” while Adeyemi Okanlawon, OLX Nigeria marketing manager corroborated this saying “OLX takes feedback from its community on Facebook and Twitter very seriously and as such the improvements were made in response to requests from the thousands of individuals and businesses who successfully use OLX to sell and buy daily and with the new HTML4 version it is easier and faster to use OLX.com.ng”.
