The Fuel Scarcity that rocked other states of the federation like Abuja has finally find it way to Lagos. As many filling stations were seen yesterday with long queue and some even had to shut down temporary to save the ones they have in stock. This Scarcity was caused as a result of the Federal Government refusal to pay fuel subsidy to the Marketer.
The marketers gave the government two weeks ultimatum to resolve the verification
claims on those that collected money without supplying the product. They
threatened to embark on a full scale strike if Federal
Government fails to resolve the issue and pay them their outstanding.
